Tina is the E. Marie Shantz Chaired Professor of Strategy and Organizational Behaviour in the Queen's School of Business at Queen's University.  She is the Director of the Queen's School of Business Centre for Social Impact. Her research interests include cultural heritage and traditions, institutional change, social entrepreneurship, and strategic collaboration.  Her work has been published in leading management journals and she has served in a variety of editorial positions for these journals.  Tina is the co-founder of COSI (Community of Social Innovation), a group of leading academics that teach and research social innovation.
