Sheetal Mehta Walsh,'94 BA (Silicon Valley/Vancouver Chapter), is an angel investor with over 20 years experience in venture capital, technology and social enterprise. She is a Deal Maker for the Global Entrepreneur Programme and Founding Partner of Soho Ventures Fund. Sheetal is also on the Board of Internet security firm MetaCert as well as University College Dublin (UCD). Previously Sheetal conceptualized and started the Venture Capital strategy for Microsoft and later launched the same initiative in EMEA. She is a frequent TEDx speaker and has received awards from Her Majesty the Queen and the UK Prime Minister for her work in social entrepreneurship.
