Building on a main stage discussion from the previous day, this session will focus on developing specific strategies to both expand and maximize youth engagement in social impact careers. Targeted barriers to entry may include: social enterprise careers can’t offer competitive pay, students don’t know how to access opportunities at for-profit or nonprofit social enterprises, and students aren’t prepared for jobs in this sector.
